Carl Zeiss Photo Contest 2011: Terms of participation

All photos tagged with "ZEISSContest2011" in the Flickr group from Carl Zeiss (www.flickr.com/groups/carlzeisslenses) between 15 December 2011 and 15 January 2012 will make the elimination stage.

Each participant can submit one photo only.  
All equipment classes are possible – whether Logitech webcam, Nokia cell phone, Sony compact camera, Sony bridge camera (e.g. R1), SLR, rangefinder or medium format camera. What counts is that your picture was taken with a lens from Carl Zeiss.  

All participants ensure that submitted images are theirs and are not subject to the rights of others and that the image was taken using a ZEISS lens. A jury from Carl Zeiss will decide which photos make final round of voting. The Flickr community will then decide on the final order of finish. Anyone with a flickr account is eligible to vote. The 10 winning photos will be published on the Carl Zeiss website.

If your photo makes the final round of voting, you agree to grant Carl Zeiss AG irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable rights (without restrictions with regard to time, place and content) to utilize the submitted image as required, in particular to copy, distribute, display, publish and edit it, and to utilize the subsequent results as described. The usage rights of all other submitted images remains with the corresponding participants.
