Foreword of the Executive Board

The reporting year was one of the most successful ever recorded by the Carl Zeiss Group – this is clearly underscored by both revenue and earnings. Revenue totaled EUR 4.163b; net annual income EUR 250m. Revenue increased by two percent over the adjusted previous year.
